One of the reasons this item is a good choice for me is
that I have many old cassettes. The cassette feature
works very well.

Amazon is really doing us a favor offering a low priced quality cd/cassette boombox like this. I was really impressed when I started using it. Also it cost me nothing after I agreed to a promotional offer of a VISA card through Amazon. They credited me my account with the $30 I needed to purchase it. -- It became a "no-brain" decision!!

Quick delivery, and a good quality CD and cassette player radio.
quality for the money

Review Date: May 4, 2008
Reviewer: M. Stanfel, Ontario, Canada
I needed a cd/cassette player but everything I found was either too expensive or too cheap in quality. I asked a couple of friends if they heard of Coby before and they said, "for the money, can't go wrong"
good sound quality in cd and cassette. I don't use the radio, so I can't say anything about the tuner. Remote control is nice to have, but the range isn't the best. For the money you pay, it is excellent.

Good results

Review Date: August 15, 2009
Reviewer: Thomas R. Davis,
Machine works well and is easy to operate. Instructions must be read carefully. When recording your Told to press record, however you must also press play to actually start the recording process. Also, the turntable produces poor quality. You get 100% better quality by pluggung in a remote turntable of good quality into the Aux jacks in the rear of the machine. I'm recording 33 rpm's that are over 50 years old and except for some scratches on some of the records, the reproduced quality of sound is excellent.
Awsome product

This is the best money we have ever spent. We were able to transfer all of our cassette tapes to CD. The unit worked smoothly and without any problems. The sound quality of the CD's was amazing, it was so much better than the tapes it was recorded from. The most important thing is to make sure you buy the correct CD's. Read the manual before you shop for them.

If you have records or cassette and want them on CD this is the product to buy.
Excellent Birthday Pesent

I bought this for my husband he has played in a band with his father for over 30 years and they have recorded every practice session and gig they ever played unfortuanlty the earlier were on cassette it was important to preserve these family treaures so quality is important. I was not disapointed exceptional quality the speaker system is exceptional. When he first unwrapped it he talked about hooking up external speakers but once he palyed it the sound and the quality changed his mind.
The item was shipped promptly i wold buy from this dealer again.

Very nice product for the price

If you're looking for a $3,000 turntable out of this product, of course that's not going to happen.

But for my use, I feel I have received a quality turntable/CD player/CD recorder/AM/FM/cassette for a reasonable price. It does what it says it will.

It's great to transfer some classic albums, that were never released on CD, onto CD.

Also, it's great to have listened to a few recent releases that were issued on vinyl, like Eminem's Relapse, Rolling Stones get your ya-ya's out box set, and Duff McKagan's loaded, with a brand new turntable and needle.

I stayed away from the usual company that makes these turntable/CDR's due to some negative ratings. I'm glad I took a chance on TEAC and I'm happy with this product for the price I paid.

Good as new.

I purchased one of these mechines for the express reason to re-record LP's and cassettes to CD foremat. I have a large collection and I do not
want to lose it. There has been no problem with this mechine. The sound is exactly like the source being recorded. I have recorded more than 50,
LP's or cassettes. I even recorded a few 78's. You can't buy a Christmas, CD recording by Gene Autry.
Not bad at all

This is a great product. I do not understand all of the negative reviews being left here. I got this first and foremost because I wanted a record player. I thought the added feature of transferring an occasional record or tape to compact disc was a great extra feature. Now for all of you audiophile's out there...the transfer quality isn't perfect. The hiss and pop sounds that come along with vinyl are still there. I never expected a miracle and didn't think the vinyl to CD transfer would sound like a CD I just bought at the store. Also, tape to CD quality is what I expected - once again not like a store bought CD. The quality, however, is very good with both of these transfers and I was actually surprised at the brightness of the sound. The sound is like one should expect a vinyl or tape transfer to CD. If you want to master the sound, rip the CD to your computer and use another program to do so. Also, the split track feature is excellent. You just have to be conscious of when the song ends so you hit the button at the correct time. Now, another person mentioned that the technology should allow for an automatic split track feature so one wouldn't have to monitor the machine all the time; this would be great in a perfect world and I trust that sometime in the future this technology will be available to the average Joe. For a couple hundred dollars I think owners of the Songwriter turntable should be pleased. It does the job well.
It's WONDERFUL!!!!!

I was at a loss as to what to do with our extensive record and cassette collections. I knew that I wanted to put everything on CD, but was unsure as to how to do it until I discovered the Crosley Songwriter.
The unit is so easy to use and produces a quality CD. I have absolutely no complaints about it at all.
Ordering from Amazon was very quick and easy and I have already recommended them to several of my friends.
All I can say is that "It's WONDERFUL!!!!"
Crosley Songwriter Great!

The Crosley CR248 Songwriter CD Recorder is an excellent value. It is very easy to operate and use. I have many old records (78's, 33 1/3's and 45's)and cassette tapes and this machine is exactly what I needed to perserve my collection. Play your record or cassette and press the record button and that's it. You can stop and restart recording at anytime. You can create your own albums on CD from your single records. The sound is very good for an all-in-one stereo. It is a large, beautiful piece of furniture and you will need to find a table top or record cabinet to place it on. I have really enjoyed this unit. I highly recommend it.
Records and cassettes to CD Review

Review Date: January 27, 2008
Reviewer: D. Groves,
I would rate this very high and it has been great so far but haven't used the recordings for every song on an album as this feature wasn't so easy to use as you have to stop and start every time for each song so we just recorded whole albums at a time and just jump to each side when playing back instead of each song. But it has recorded about 120 so far without a hitch and very easy to use. Lots easier than computer recording...

Although there are general guidelines from the federal government on Foreclosures, each state has its own special characteristics. There are two types of foreclosure, Foreclosures Foreclosures judicial and extrajudicial documents. Have negative actions in court, while non-judicial are done outside the framework of the law. The exclusion criteria for the court is that a house was purchased by a loan, the criteria for the court is not excluded that a house isacquired by an act of trust.

E 'during this period that the bank accelerates the payment, which requires the borrower of the loan is fully paid, no payment accepted. There was a period of 3 months before the final test begins.

Phase 3 Contract of sale.

The borrower received by registered mail or by delivery of the declaration of the sheriff's sale or notice toConclusion. There will be reported on the property with the Declaration on the sale of time and place of auction. The information will be at the seat of the county recorder must be registered and published in the local newspaper in the county where the property is situated for a period of three weeks.

Step 4 Limitation auction.

This is called a trustee sale, the sale of foreclosed assets, or if the property is foreclosed for tax reasons, Tax Lien Sales. This is an auctionE 'has historically been held at the county court proceedings, but may be kept elsewhere. The opening offer was submitted by the borrower of the property. The amount is probably the balance of the loan plus accrued interest and legal expenses' and any additional pay to the borrower. Wins the highest bidder and get the notice to the property to be paid. If there are no bids over the opening offer, the debtor retains ownership.

When aborrower is in payment offender, his best option is to develop an agreement with the creditor, make sure he keeps in this Agreement. The longer the crime, the less chance there is for the borrower.
