Copies, has recently been very important to your business success in safety. There are many ways to save copies.

The surest way of information and awareness-raising point of view of safety is obviously save copies on external media and place it as far as possible away from your office.

Here are some of the units, you can choose the best for your copy!

* Floppy Disc

A floppy disk is a storage mediumconsists of a disk of thin, flexible ( "floppy") magnetic storage medium encased in a square or rectangular plastic shell. Floppy disks are read and written by a floppy disk drive or FDD.

Capacity: 1.44 MB (3 ½-inch disk), 1.2 MB (5 ¼-inch CD)

Problem: There is limited capacity of files can be saved! Backup all files needed for hundreds of floppy disks! Sometimes it's just bread and all the information on their lost!

* ZIP CD

Corresponding to a floppydrive, but slightly larger. It can not be in the same slot used for the flop that is used, and also a higher capacity Zip disks must be consecutive with at least used the same power capacity.

Capacity: 100MB – 750MB

Problem: The CD is not practical to use because there are different formats of records and even different size hard disk! They are not as common as other storage devices!

* CD-RW

Problems: why USB Flash format is easy to miss! Hold the device with the copy in a safe place for you, a familiar place.

* Removable Hard Disk

A type of operating system hard disk is coated in plastic or metal cartridges so that they can be removed like floppy disks. Removable DiskDrive combines the best features of hard disks and floppy. It 'almost as widely and quickly as hard disks, and transfer of diskettes.

Capacity: up to 20 GB

Question: All data is stored in a device, so if something bad happens with this one device, all data is in danger! So better do more than a backup.
